Ordering from our website is extremely easy.  You can either use your Paypal™ account or any major credit card.  You can view your cart at any time with the navigation bar on the side.  It is also completely secure with 128 bit encryption.

 

Return Policy

You may return a mini-helmet for refund or replacement within 14 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. When you return an item, please indicate the reason for the return. One reason you cannot return the mini-helmet for is that you wanted a different style of shell or mask.  At the bottom of every page is a disclaimer that the style of mini-helmet you receive may vary on all mini-helmets.  You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by Paypal™, a credit will be issued and will appear on your paypal account.

If you ordered decals from us, we either ordered them custom through a third party or have them in stock from a third party, so all decal sales are final.

Your packing slip will indicate where you need to send your mini-helmet. In general, though, you may return to:

Gift Certificate Usage

Gift certificates are in fixed amounts set by Paypal™, our merchant account provider.  Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash, check, or money order.
